Ben Rosenfield
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Ben Rosenfield has devoted his career to addressing the most urgent social issues we face. Prior to joining Zephyr Impact, Ben worked at Redstone Strategy Group, a leading social sector consulting firm, where he worked with foundations, nonprofits, and individuals to build, execute, and evaluate ambitiously impactful strategies across social sector areas.
He has a particular interest and skillset in multi-stakeholder collaborations, which can bring philanthropists, field-leaders, and individuals with lived experience together for outsized impact. Earlier in his career, Ben worked at the Glide Foundation, San Francisco’s largest wrap-around social services provider. This experience solidified Ben’s desire to make an impact in the social sector, and to earn an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management to learn how to employ business practices that can advance philanthropic strategies.
