Andrew Smiles

FOUNDER

Andrew has spent nearly three decades helping philanthropists and organizations increase their impact. Andrew is the founder of StepChange Partners and co-founder of Zephyr Impact, a 501(c)(3) collaborative philanthropy initiative, where he works with leaders to connect their values to their work and unlock greater impact through innovation in philanthropy.

Ben Rosenfield

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Ben has devoted his career to addressing urgent social issues. Prior to joining StepChange Partners and Zephyr Impact, Ben worked at Redstone Strategy Group, a leading social sector consulting firm, where he partnered with foundations, nonprofits, and individuals to build, execute, and evaluate impactful strategies across social sector areas.

Nora Flood

EDUCATION RABBLE-ROUSER

Nora has spent her career advancing innovative approaches to education and youth wellbeing. At Zephyr Impact, Nora leads the Thriving Youth Initiative, focused on improving youth mental health and expanding learner-centered education. Earlier, she served as president of the Colorado League of Charter Schools and as a school leader and educator.
